All staff are police checked and have a full staff induction procedure which can be viewed on our Policies and Procedures page. They also sign a confidentiality disclosure.

Regular staff performance meetings are held to ensure that staff are working to their full potential which in turn benefits the children and themselves.

Haley Cook – Senior Manager/Child Protection Officer

Haley is a mother of two and has been working with children for 9 years in various roles including Pre-school Teacher, Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant. Haley has wanted to manage an after school club for some time wishing to provide a relaxed, fun and friendly setting for children, at the same time offering a flexible, high standard service for parents. Haley holds the following certificates:

Alison Taylor – Childcare Assistant/Deputy Manager

Alison has worked as a Classroom Assistant and as a Childminder. She has a lovely disposition with the children building good relationships. She is very caring and friendly, but at the same time very aware of up to date legislation and national requirements within a setting. Alison is also a valued team member and continues to train further to extend her knowledge and holds the following certificates:
CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education
Food Hygiene Certificate

First Aid Certificate

Clare Primrose – Club Manager

Clare is a mother of 2 and has plenty of experience of working with children within a professional setting.

Clare also works in the pre-school at Rowans School as a Deputy Pre-School Leader and has shown herself to be authorative, friendly and approachable.

Clare oversees the day-to-day running of the club making sure standards are kept high and that the children are receiving the best care and are having fun. Clare holds the following certificates:

Kelly Wallington – Childcare Assistant

Kelly is the youngest member of the team who has shown lots of enthusiasm for working with children.

Kelly has a friendly, caring nature which the children respond to. She is also keen to develop her skills by way of further training. Kelly holds the following certificates:
