GENERAL INFORMATION
DETAIL CHANGES – Please let us know if there are any changes in your contact information and emergency contact information. We need to know also if there is any further information we need to know regarding your child/children.
INVOICES – Can you please ensure invoices are paid within 7 days of the invoice date. I would like to remind you also, that there is a late payment of invoice fee of £10. Your co-operation with this will be greatly appreciated.
SUGGESTIONS – If you have any suggestions or comments regarding the club, please let Haley know or ask for a form so that you can fill it in. Any suggestions or comments are welcomed.
CANCELLATIONS – May I also remind you that we have a Cancellation Policy.
NOTICE BOARD – Please refer to the Parents/Carers notice board situated near the signing out area to check for relevant information including term dates.
Finally, thanks to all the Parents/Carers who have supported the club. We strive to provide a flexible, friendly service, but would ask that Parents/Carers note club policies which help things run smoothly and fairly.
